Angie has been in the real estate business as a closer for over 17 years. She is well versed in residential purchases, refinances, construction loans, 1031 exchanges and commercial transactions. Angies customer focus, excellent communication and attention to detail make closings smooth and seamless.

Ashley has been in the title industry for 16 years as an executive closing assistant. She enjoys the daily challenges of being a processor!

Ben Fladager

Ben has been in the title industry for over 15 years and has held positions in processing, closing, recording, post-closing, and exams. He is a great problem solver with a relaxed demeanor and works well under pressure. His title examinations are precise and his knowledge of the industry gives clear direction to ensure your closing is a success. In his spare time he enjoys live music, golfing, billiards, chess, fishing, hunting, grilling, baseball, and spending time with family and friends.

Carmen Jorgensen
Executive Closer
Carmen has been in the title industry for 28 years with two of those being an area office manager. She loves taking on the challenges some closings may bring and finding the right solutions to help her clients have files close. Carmen is able to close all types of transactions from new construction, refis, purchases, sales, 1031 exchange, short sales, bank owned, reverse mortgages & manufactured homes. In her spare time, Carmen loves spending time with family, camping, ATV riding and watching her boys play sports. Carmen believes the key to success is follow up and providing the best customer service possible.

Carolyn is an Associate Closer with 4 years of experience. Her favorite part of title is working through the closing process with the buyers and sellers and then getting to meet them at the closing. Carolyn also loves the awesome team of women she gets to work with every day.

Gretchens favorite part of title is all of the different closings and clients that she works with each day. Every day is a different opportunity and she loves learning something new almost every day! Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter-with weekends spent with family, at the lake or at home relaxing!

Jessica is an Executive Closing Assistant with 3.5 years of experience! She really enjoys working with her clients and helping to guide them through on of the biggest decisions theyll make. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys being in the kitchen, crafting and spending time with family and friends.

John has been working in the title industry for 15 years in a variety of positions. He enjoys the variety of challenges that come with researching properties and helping with the behind the scenes problem solving that is often required in order for us to insure a property for a new homeowner.

In that time Linda has closed all kinds of transactions from Residential sales/purchases and refis to 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Commercial and New Construction. She considers the best part of her job, meeting new people and helping them make their dreams become a reality.

Lori has been in Title for over 23 years! She has experience in almost every role in the title industry. She loves working behind the scenes as support and back up to help closers and processors with accounting, balancing files, training and problem solving.

Lorrie has been part of the title industry for over 25 years both in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She enjoys working with her customers and finds it critical to create open relationships with all parties as the key to a successful transaction. The closing table is the last step in the closing experience, & her goal is to make it as seamless as possible so all parties walk away remembering it as a positive and enjoyable experience!

Sarah has been in title just over a year and is part of the production/customer service team. She enjoys the kind, helpful, supportive, fun people she works with! Sarah is fluent in American Sign Language.

Trina has been in the Title Industry for 16 years and 14 of those years she was in management. Throughout her years she has grown to have a passion for new construction. These transactions bring many challenges, but she loves finding solutions to get them closed. She also has done many short sale files and bank owned properties. In her spare time, Trina spends time at her cabin, fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling, and traveling with her family. Trina enjoys all aspects of her job and takes pride in giving her clients a high level of service.

Kim Eccles

Kim has been in operations for 7 years with 3 of them being in the title industry. She loves being a part of this high energy company and managing many different business functions. Interviewing and conducting new hire orientation allows her to get people excited about what she enjoys most about this company. Office management, HR, Benefit Administration, and helping to create and implement new business programs and ideas are just a few other parts of her day that make her so happy to be able to be a part of this team.

Bruce Clark
Chief Operating Officer
Bruce Clark is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Legacy Title. He is an experienced attorney with a long history of working in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Legacy, Bruce worked in various executive and legal roles for national and regional title insurance companies. Most recently, he served as President of a 20 state title agency, where he was the lead on all company initiatives and business development activities, as well as, having responsibility for reviewing and underwriting real estate transactions on a national scale. He started his career in private practice representing clients on real estate transactions, title, development and other matters. Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.

Connie Clancy
President
Connie is an experienced Title Company President with a demonstrated history of leading a talented and growing team to deliver the best possible experience to clients and consumers across MN and WI. Connie understands that businesses revolve around relationships and has made that her number one priority: Focusing on growing industry, client and employee relationships. Connie has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years and this extensive experience has given her an intuitive understanding of what it takes to deliver superior service to clients and consumers.
